Refund & Cancelation
If for any reason you are not satisfied we will gladly accept items for returns within 14 days. All items returned must be unaltered, unworn and in a saleable condition. Most returns will require the product to be sent to our facility. If it has already been shipped but it is not possible to ship the item back to our facility you might be eligible for a 50% refund. Once the order has been shipped, please we cannot issue a refund until it arrives and then you send it back to us.
We will issue refund to items damaged on transit and only if we are unable to replace that item. We will require a photo of the damaged item. We will not issue refund for items confiscated by your local customs
It is the BUYERS responsibility to check with their local customs to make their they are buying items that does not violate local laws. If customs should confiscate or return and item to use the buyer is responsible for the confiscated goods or undelivered goods.
If you need to return the item due to damage by the shipper, please email us at Support@thepocketstaff.org including the photo of the damaged item, and we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
